Project Manager - Wireless Cell Site Deployment

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform Project Management duties for a Los Angeles new site build program.
- Manage site acquisition vendors in procuring leases and permits for antenna cell site locations.
- Manage scheduling and reporting.
- Manage capital budgets.

SKILLS

Must have 5 years of experience working in the wireless cell site deployment/modification arena. Must have PMP certification. Must have experience managing site acquisition vendors in procuring leases and permits for antenna cell site locations, preferably in the greater Los Angeles Area. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be able to work independently, able to work on scheduling and reporting, have an understanding of capital budget management, have familiarity with FAA/FCC and EH&S compliance requirements related to antenna cell sites, have strong data management skills, and be able to read and understand architectural drawings. The candidate must also have strong computer skills and a mastery of MS Excel.
