Project Manager- Windows7 Migration

ROLE: PROJECT MANAGER- WINDOWS7 MIGRATION

DURATION: 3-6 MONTHS

LANGUAGES: FRENCH AND ENGLISH

LOCATION: PARIS, FRANCE

SKILLS& DESCRIPTION:

- Make sure the detailed plans of the migration (which department first, or which building first ) are ready and on track for the International hubs, report, raise risks & issues
- Working experience in Windows 7 Migration Project
- Follow-up the A&O projects in the International Hubs (KPI measurement, escalations, governance)
- Report the A&O Projects status to the Program Management  
- Planning and optimization skills, preferably in Demand Management area
- Management of large W7deployment projects in an International Business environment
- Partner Contract Management
- Manages the delivery of Windows 7 application migration solutions involving multiple stake holders 
- Determines overall project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements.
- Interact with Business users to build their application inventory
- Follow-up the application remediation processes
- Ability to develop and monitor project schedules and timelines to identify and meet critical mile stones
- Ability to deliver the project on the budgeted cost and track the budget
- Ability to create the presentation slides as necessary to detail.
- Proficient in Project management tools & processes
- Experience of working in International business environment
- BFSI Domain knowledge
