Project Manager - Windows 7 Rollout

For a 7 month project with our customer in Schaffhausen, we are looking ASAP for a Project Manager- Windows 7 Rollout

Tasks:

- Coordination of global IT initiatives with impact on a local level
- Preparation of W7 rollout (readiness of local applications, master-validation plan, maintenance of Pharma application inventory for local applications, rollout concept and follow up in alignment with the global team).
- Server Operating System upgrades and other smaller projects (set up project plan, coordination and follow up on execution).
- Leading the W7 upgrade initiative in the laboratory area (in alignment with the global team).
- Support of IT Manager Schaffhausen
- Maintenance of the monthly IT Dashboard
- Keep IT Departmentweb up to date
- Infrastructure/Technology Waivers for site Schaffhausen
- IT-to-IT Request registrations and follow up

Requirements:

- Knowledge on the formal System Development Life Cycle methodologies.
- Experience with IT systems in a pharmaceutical (validated) environment.
- Project Management skills, analytical and structured thinking.
- Strong coordination skills
- Strong communication skills

Language: German and English fluent
