Wir suchen einen freiberuflichenProject Manager Windows 7 mit folgenden Anforderungen:

Responsibilities:

- Coordination of global IT initiatives with impact on a local level
- Preparation of W7 rollout (readiness of local applications, master-validation plan, maintenance of Pharma application inventory for local applications, rollout concept and follow up in alignment with the global team)
- Server Operating System upgrades and other smaller projects (set up project plan, coordination and follow up on execution)
- Leading the W7 upgrade initiative in the laboratory area (in alignment with the global team)
- Support of IT Manager Schaffhausen
- Maintenance of the monthly IT Dashboard
- Keep IT Department web up to date
- Communications
- Other administrative tasks
- General IT Support
- Act as backup for local maintained applications
- Infrastructure/Technology Waivers for site Switzerland
- IT-to-IT Request registrations and follow up

Required Profile:

- Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience
- Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
- Additional PMI certification is a plus
- Knowledge on the formal System Development Life Cycle methodologies
- Experience with IT systems in a pharmaceutical (validated) environment
- Project Management skills, analytical and structured thinking
- Strong coordination skills
- Strong communication skills
- Some flexibility in working hours is required (occasional over-time or weekend/holiday work)
- Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills
- Strong leadership skills and able to motivate teams is a must
- Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
- Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines Methodology/Certification requirements
- Language: German and English fluent
