Project Manager - Wealth & International - London

A leading retail bank is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a Wealth Target Operating Model.

You must be a experienced Project Manager with proven track record of successfully delivering change - ability to overcome barriers to ensure successful implementation.

Ability to work within an overarching programme structure, working with other projects to align plans, identify dependencies and resolve issues. You must have excellent risk management track record - anticipate, identify, communicate and mitigate risks in a timely manner. You must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the roles, responsibilities and accountabilities of key people within the business unit, division or function.

You must be able to build and manage strong relationships with diverse groups of stakeholders through open communication, partnership and consistent delivery.

The ideal candidate should have a good level of consultancy skills and understanding of a number of techniques to solve problems, you must be emotionally resilient and ensure that high performance is maintained whilst change is taking place.
