Purpose of Role

This role is to project manage a broad and wide ranging selection of projects across N&P within a dynamic, Matrix management structure.
You will plan, scope and structure each project, engaging and managing key stakeholders and resources and creating motivated project teams made up of members from various departments across N&P.

You will effectively track and control each project managing risks and issues through rigorous project governance ensuring project implementation is successful, timely and within budget, and that each project is effectively Embedded to enable smooth project transition into BAU.

You will provide timely and accurate project communication to stakeholders throughout the project life cycle. You will assist the Head of Project Management in project prioritisation, and ensuring the necessary processes are in place to achieve successful project delivery resulting in effective and Embedded change throughout the business.

If you:

Have excellent knowledge of the project management life cycle, project management practices (such as Waterfall, Agile) principles and governance
Have experience in managing 3rd party providers
Are able to work within Matrix management
Possess a tenacity to manage stakeholders at all levels
Have the ability to negotiate and influence others
Are experienced in writing business cases and managing risks and issues
Possess excellent planning skills to create and manage project plans
