Project Manager - WAN Project: Roll-out Coordinator

THE CONSULTANT WILL BE PART OF THE PROJECT OFFICE DEPARTMENT AND WILL REPORT TO HEAD OF IT PROJECT MANAGEMENT

JOB DESCRIPTION

As part of the WAN implementation project, a Roll-out Co-ordinator (Global) is required to assist and work with the Programme Manager to manage the roll-out activities as it relates to the implementation of the WAN at client Sites.

SPECIFICALLY THE:

- The roll-out coordinator will function as central point of contact for all roll-out related activities and planning between clients RIMs and the vendor.
- Point of Contact for client on controlling roll-out progress
- Lead coordination of roll out WAN on different sites with Vendor
- Plan implementation with Vendor and local managers
- Arrange and Track fulfillment of all clients (technical) responsibilities
- Check correctness and completeness of technical implementation and planning
- Track acceptance criteria and arrange sign- MANDATORY FIELDS
- Strong communication skills, both orally and written
- Has prior experience in WAN projects as the Roll-out coordinator
- Is structured and methodical and experienced in using tools such as MS Project
