Senior Project Manager: Voice Services

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the Voice deployment and migrations. This is an extremely complex deployment programme to deliver to multiple countries as well as the expansion programme to build the future capacity requirements in the Core infrastructure build.

Role

Manage delivery of project initiatives, developments, and releases.
Deliver complex IT and business change projects to meet agreed business objectives, requirements, schedules, costs, Business Case, and quality objectives.
Execute delivery managing financial budgets across multiple projects/programs of work.
Actively review and monitor project status to provide regular progress reports and executive updates.
Training and go live activities.

Experience

Bachelor's Degree in IT or other technical studies; experience in IT product management, Degree qualified or equivalent experience and alternative industry accreditation (IPMA, Lean Six Sigma); significant experience working in a digital environment and understanding of both digital and Legacy integration complexities; understanding of the concept of working multi-channel
Project mgmt. skillsknowledge of front and Back End development; analytics; organisational, planningcomfortable working in a fast-paced environment; problem solving; able to apply thought leadership, business planning and relationship mgmt. expertise; time mgmt.; relationshipteam/people leadership; strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
You must have experience with Voice services ideally in a Telecoms environment.
