PROJECT INITIATION/PROJECT MANAGER/VENDOR SELECTION PROCESS SPECIALIST

One of the biggest international pharmaceutical companies with HQ in Basel is looking for a PROJECT INITIATION/PROJECT MANAGER/VENDOR SELECTION PROCESS SPECIALIST.
This is a challenging contracting position STARTING IN NOVEMBER UNTIL THE END OF MARCH 2019.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Project Initiation phase
- Gather, collect, prioritize User Requirements together with scientists (end-users) and IT
- Design thinking
- Working following PMM and CSV guidelines
- Vendor screening and benchmarking
- Manage Vendor selection through RFI, RFP, demo
YOUR SKILLS/EXPERIENCES ARE:
- Degree in Informatics or Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in the relevant area (IT project management in regulated environment/CSV)
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a manufacturing or laboratory area
- Experience in leading project initiation phase
- Self-reliant, resilient, flexible and have a high service orientation
- Good technical understanding with good networked thinking
- Excellent communication skills in English, being able to interact with IT, scientists, QA, vendors
- German speaking will be a plus
