BUSINESS ANALYST - VEEVA CRM - 6 MONTH PROJECT
Experis is currently supporting our global client with their exciting project at their HQ in beautiful Zug, Switzerland. If you love working in a fast-paced environment with a global team of experts, near the gorgeous Lake of Zug, then please read on! For this ongoing project, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst in the BI domain with a minimum of 10 years of experience within the biotechnology sector.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
-You will be a BA for several Enhancements to our client's VEEVA CRM Organization. These Enhancements include an update to the Strategic Account Planning module, the Medical Account
Plans, Advisory Boards, Event Tracking and the Field Coaching module, the adoption of the Sunrise interface and others.
-In close collaboration with Business partners, the IT Functional Leads, the IT Portfolio Manager, the CRM Development team, the Enhancement Release Manager and other project resources:
o Define the functional requirements for the Enhancements and collaborate on the creation of the technical design specifications
o Plan Enhancement activities, create & update the Enhancement documentation, monitor & ensure Enhancement progress as per plan and provide regular status updates
o Organize User Acceptance testing
o Provide end user training on the use of the new functionalities
WHAT BACKGROUND DO YOU BRING ALONG?
- Experience with VEEVA CRM ENHANCEMENT implementation and good technical understanding of VEEVA CRM
- Experienced Business Analyst with proven track record and at least 10 years of experience
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry
