Project Manager Unified Communications

Project Manager with profound knowledge in Unified Communications/Real Time Communication wanted for our Vaud based client in the food industry.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Several years' experience working as a Project Manager with strong background in running complex IT activities successfully and in driving suppliers
- Expertise in Skype Enterprise and Contact Center solutions as well as proficiency in delivering complex IT projects internationally
- Familiarity with Matrix organization and business projects multi-disciplinary teams or strategic change management projects
- Knowledge working with an ITIL based globally managed service organization and major incident management
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Taking part in the selection of solutions related to Unified Collaboration, especially Skype and Contact Center
- Driving service providers in the creation of standards, guidelines, run-books and compliance requirements
- Ensuring cross teams/market coordination as well as Being the link between business, NUCS team and suppliers
- Providing project status reporting and ensuring project deliverables and quality
- Assisting in testing and validation of the proposed solutions for implementation
