Project Manager - Underwriting/Sales Process Improvement

My client a city based Insurance company is looking for a Change Project Manager with General Insurance and Project Management experience, ideally Underwriting with exposure to Brokers (or vice versa).

Working on a key strategic project to deliver improved business leads, quote footprint, quote conversion and policy retention across Commercial Lines businesses.
You must have gravitas, credibility through verbal and written interactions and reporting, to Group CEO and Executive team
At least 10 year's experience and experience of complex projects (multiple workstreams, so possibly a budding Programme Manager)
Enthusiasm and energy to overcome barriers, but also proven track record in spotting and resolving problems proactively.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING ACROSS UNDERWRITERS AND BROKERS TO IMPROVE NEW BUSINESS RETENTION, SALES REALIGNMENT AND PROCESS IMPROVEMENT.
