Projektbeschreibung
Project Manager with excellent communication skills and knowledge in translation services wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Matura or commercial training, a degree in translation studies or languages would be an asset
- Professionalism in working with MS Office applications and Windows enhanced by solid understanding of Computer Aided Translation tools
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with the competence of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Basic knowledge in banking is advantageous
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken, additional knowledge in French or Italian would be beneficial
YOUR TASKS:
- Processing translation requests coming from internal clients
- Resolving client issues and assembling general information and help documents as well as implementing necessary changes or additions to these documents
- Collating the content of the source text and allocating to correct resources (internal/external), taking into account quality and cost
- Planning and accommodating Resources right after project announcement, especially for big projects
- Collaborating with Translation Technology and Terminology units
- Negotiating deadlines with customers and providers
