Project Manager/Transition

PROJECT MANAGER/TRANSITION 3 MONTHS +

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager with specific transition experience to join our dynamic team environment. As Project Manager you will take ownership of a variety of projects covering transition, business processes, application delivery, systems and infrastructure technologies.

You will predominantly be responsible for dealing with commercial transition teams (Trans IN/Trans OUT), legal entities (showing due diligence) to cover the transition of applications, services, networks, assets and software.

THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

* Ensuring the delivery of projects on time and to budget based on your thorough knowledge of the  architecture and agreed customer requirements.

* Transitioning applications and services following acquisition (PRIORITY - please DETAIL your experience)

* Ensuring customer satisfaction through regular interaction.

* Internal staff and stakeholder management. You will be dealing ALL business stakeholders.

* Recognise and resolve issues as they arise and have regular interaction with stakeholders to proactively identify potential problems and seek appropriate solutions.

* Extensive experience with both Infrastructure and Application Delivery transition projects

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE YOU WILL REQUIRE:

* A strong foundation in Project Management, Infrastructure, Applications and Delivery.

* Solid Experience across a variety of Project types.

* Prior experience dealing with legal teams, commercial transition teams.

* Minimum of 5+ years solid experience in project management.

You will have:
Demonstrated Project Management skills, expertise and qualifications (PMBOK/Prince2/PMP/ITIL) in delivering business outcomes and benefits with an ICT component, using a contemporary approach, for projects similar in nature, scope and timeframes.

Prior Warehousing/Retail/Merchandising exposure with a strong understanding of Infrastructure and Application Delivery project methodologies is a must for this role. Prior experience with SAP interfaces highly regarded.

This is NOT a senior PM role. The rate available for this contract is $525.00 (Neg) per day plus super.
