Duration - 6 months

Role

The Education and Training Service Line provides training on the entire spectrum of services delivered by the NATO Communications and Information (NCI) Agency. The courses are managed in Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Projects.

Skills, knowledge, experience required

Mandatory
*A minimum of five years project management experience
*A minimum of three years contract development experience in a customer funded environment
*Excellent MS Project skills
*Excellent MS Excel skills
*Conscientious and analytical
*Team player attitude

Desired
*Broad knowledge of NCI Agency systems and services
*Work experience in an adult education environment
*Work experience in an international environment
*Working knowledge of Prince2

Duties/Roles
*Plan, manage, administer and report on SLAs and projects for delivery of NCI Agency courses
*Support development of contracts with NCI Agency customers for delivery of courses
*Manage, analyze and report on KPIs for the Education and Training service and project portfolio, including financial figures
*Manage, analyze and report on KPIs for the NCI Agency courses portfolio
*The requested analysts will book time directly into NCI Agency Time Accounting System
*The work will be carried out at NCI Agency's premises. Computer equipment and basic office supplies will be provided by NCI Agency
*The work will be conducted in the English language
