Training Project Manager - Edinburgh

Our Financial Services client in Edinburgh requires an experienced Training Project Manager to join a large Insurance transformation programme. The role requires an immediate start and will be for a 2 month contract.

The successful candidate will have experience of:

*Managing the full project life cycle
*Optimising the user learning experience through the management, design, planning and delivery of effective learning solutions
*Design learning solutions incorporating a multitude of learning theories and a strong blend of delivery mechanisms
*Manage and monitor the end to end training life cycle in conjunction with stakeholders, subject matter experts and other learning/project management professionals
*Manage multiple stakeholders to understand all technical and operational consideration and challenges
*Be responsible for project governance and administration

Additionally you will be able to display a good understanding of change management and well versed in training project methodology, and all training disciplines - TNA, Design, Delivery, Scheduling/Planning, Evaluation.
