Project Manager - Trade Order Management System

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This role holder will provide management and oversight in the following areas:
- He/she will ensure that project work streams have properly documented plans; and that the risks, issues, costs and schedules are appropriately managed, tracked and communicated to internal and external stakeholders;
- He/she will work with and lead business and technology teams in particular to co-ordinate development and testing across multiple development and testing environments these to be aligned with parallel initiatives which comprise out target wealth platform solution;
- He/she will be responsible for project changing management, structure and resource allocation;
KEY MEASURABLES
- Creation of value from the delivery of change initiatives;
- Successful implementation of change with zero surprises;
- Synergy in the delivery of projects through co-ordination of interdependencies;
- Actual Vs Budget costs of project delivery;
- Programme audit results and follow up on audit findings;
- Feedback from stakeholder groups;
- Resource utilisation
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of experience in project Management.
- Must have previous project implementation experience for muli-site, multi product large scale system integration projects with a value in excess of USD5m;
- Managed or delivered project in the space of Trade Order Manager or Trade processing.
Knowledge on FX Derivatives product such as FX Option/Dual Currency Investment etc.
- Knowledge of project management standards and techniques;
- Candidate must demonstrate proven competence in project and Programme Management evidenced by experience and preferably a professional certification;
- An ability to apply strong leadership and assertiveness to deliver projects on time and within stakeholder expectations;
- Able to work independently taking full accountable for end to end project delivery and managing senior stakeholders
