Project Manager - Testing

The contract is with a large consultancy to be on an assignment to a large customer in the Energy sector located in Brussels as follows:

Project Manager/Director - Testing Specialist

Full IS project management of Generation projects

Project management includes full budget management, scope management, planning and quality management for all IS related activities. Follow-up of designers and developers

Project reporting including status, progress, issues and risks

Collaboration with Business GENERATION (be the ITPL and point of contact), service team, infrastructure and other IS teams (Governance, Infra)

Functional management of internal and external project resources (team members)

Proven experience of IS Project Management within Power plants

Knowledge and experience with implementations of Industrial Solutions, PI etc. packages. including integration within the IS and IT environment

Must Have skills:

Test Methodologies,(V-Model,Test Levels); Analyzing Techniques; Project Management Techniques (Resource and Forecast Planning, Risk Analysis, etc.); Communication skills (both written and oral); Assertiveness; leadership

Knowledge of GDF Suez Business Environment
