Seeking a Technical Scrum Master who knows.NET and SQL Server technologies (or a similar technical mix). Seeking someone who can speak to the technology on this project. This Project Manager will be working on the Dodd Frank Title VII Agile project.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Management of IT development, technology or non-technology efforts that have limited to moderate complexity. Currently these services are provided by project managers in two ways. The first way is by assigning a Project Manager to a platform. A platform within IT is a group of related software applications that provide a defined scope of functionality used to support business activities. Many of the platforms are Agile or have incorporated some Agile best practices.
- The second way services are provided is by moving a PM to a platform to focus on one local delivery project effort with defined start and end dates. This usually occurs on platforms that have not found a need to have long-term dedicated project manager support. The PM leads the local effort and when it is completed then moves on to another platform to work on another local delivery effort.

SKILLS
At least 1-2 years of proven Scrum Master experience (2-4 years preferred) - not just an Agile team member. Expert communication skills especially around roadblocks, impediments, and dependencies. Consistent and reliable ownership and accountability of assigned work. Preferred to have prior Financial Services/Banking experience. Preferred to have prior Dodd Frank experience. Minimal emphasis on traditional/waterfall project management experience. Must have skills in.NET, SQL Server, and Windows - Alternate mixes of technologies are acceptable as long as they were used as part of creating a new application and/or database to solve a documented business need. Proven experience leading IT development or IT technology projects (typically 3-5 years). A working knowledge of the IT development life cycle. Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to lead a team to desired outcome and establish working relationships with fellow team members. Ability to quickly grasp business intent of development efforts. Solid understanding of technical environment. Exposure to Agile methodology. Familiarity with Clarity or similar project portfolio management tool. Proven ability to lead team matrixed from different internal groups, different locations and drive results through coordination of task completion, handoffs and overall delivery of solution.
