PROJECT MANAGER, TEAM LEAD

We are currently recruiting for an Project Manager/Team Lead/Team Manager on behalf of our client a market leading global financial services organisation. We require candidates with excellent management skills to lead a small technical team over a period of maternity leave. Based in Surrey this position is on a fixed term salary basis and is expected to last a minimum of 8 months but may well be extended up to 12 months.

The team consists of around 7 people and focuses on an in-house software solution that is relevant to the particular organisation and industry (full technical training will be provided). The manager will be required to manage the teams work load as well as prioritise, coordinate and organise the team to ensure that it can deliver on time and to the right quality. Experience of testing or leading test plans would be beneficial.
