PROJECT MANAGER (TAX AND REPORTING)

On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance, we are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER. For this contract position based in Zürich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English and German speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Support the program manager by leading a stream and/or supporting as program PMO
- Manage the change requests and integrate impacts into plans
- Ensure adherence to project management standards
- Plan for execution of all engineering and non engineering activities within the project
- Identify and manage risks to the project
- Identify and manage issues, ownership and resolutions
- Manage dependencies with other teams and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress on regular basis and communicate the project status report to stakeholders
- Tracking of financials using appropriate tools (budget and actuals),
- Supporting stakeholder and business client management (status reporting) interactions as well as general logistical, process, toolset and administrative support for the IT Project and Program Manager

The skills and experience needed for this position are:

- Strong Project Manager background (5+ years experience)
- Certification in Project Management (PMI/PMP or equivalent)
- Tax Domain know how
- Reporting know how
- SCRUM experience
- Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of:
- CS Clarity PPM
- Jira
- MS Office
- English and German skills
