Project Manager - Swindon - Contract

Roc Search's client based in Swindon a leading International Technology company are seeking a Project Manager to support their current UK business unit.

Responsibilities

- Lead planning and implementation of the project, develop full scale project plans
- Be the focal point with customers (internally/externally), analyse their requirements, and ensure satisfaction at all time,
- Define and Manage the budget assigned to the project,
- Deploy the project management tool (PM +)
- Establish and follow-up the planning/schedule of the Project deliverables
- Define and request the resources required to perform the project.
- Manage the teams assigned to the Project, customer's premises, and provide technical support and expertise when required.
- Participate in the recruitment, monitor skills level through Skill Tool, and ensure skills development of the project teams, working closely with HR,
- Monitor the Project Cost: hours spent, subcontracting
- Monitor the Project Quality: customer satisfaction, conformity of the deliverables
- Work and show strong communication to the various stakeholders
- Drive project from an Engineering point of view

Skills

- Experience in the automotive/rail/manufacturing environment and significant experience in management
- Management capabilities - budget control, people, take decisions
