Project Manager - SW Development

Emagine consulting is seeking a locally based Project Manager for our client a manufacture of essential elements for world leading brands. The Singaporean International Software Team capture business processes needs and issues of users and departments across the globe and drive the development and customisation of high quality business and marketing applications.

Role & Responsibilities:
- To manage international projects in Software development and Software package customisation.
- Specify, check and validate solutions based on user requirement.
- Scope, create and drive plans for solution development, testing and implementation.
- Direct, motivate and animate local team of Business Analysts
- Oversee 3rd party development
- Coordination of large multi-site test campaigns
- Manage Budget
- Ensure the delivery of high quality solutions.

Skills & Experience:
- Project Management
- Experience in complex "Software development" or "Software package customisation" Projects (3 years minimum).
- Ability to manage projects in an international environment
- Experience working with a formal PM methodology (PMI, Prince)
- Experience in leading workshops with business users
- Experience in managing outsourced fixed price projects
- Experience with Agile projects Technology
- Knowledge or experience withJ2EE, Oracle, SAP ECC & BI, WebMethods, Opentext, HP Quality Center would be an asset Functional
- Thorough knowledge of the systems development life cycle
- Experience in specification of "Specific Solution" based on user requirements
- Good experience in test coordination on a big multi-site project: test strategy, test plans, tests management, test campaigns coordination
- Able and curious to understand a new business, and willing to integrate an existing environment Also - Fluent in English (Mandatory)
- Fluent in Mandarin (Mandatory)
- Several years of experience in an international environment
- Strong leadership & coordination skills
- Open minded and accepting challenges
