Project Manager - SW Dev & Packaging (m/f)

Emagine consulting is seeking a Project Manager for our client a world leading manufacture of flavourings and scents. The local team capture needs, develop and implement solutions for users and departments across the globe and drive the creation enhancement and support of in-house applications. These are global multi-site projects with an emphasis on Asian operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage international projects in "Software development" area and in "Software package customisation" area.
Technological environment: J2EE, Oracle, SAP ECC & BI, WebMethods, Opentext Candidates will ideally be based in Singapore or have significant experience working in the region.
Project Management
o Experience in complex "Software development" or "Software package customisation" Projects (3 years minimum).
o Ability to manage projects in an international environment
o Real experience of a PM methodology (eg: PMI, Prince)
o Experience in leading workshops with business users
o Experience in managing outsourced fixed price projects
o Experience with Agile projects
Technology
o Knowledge or experience with Givaudan technology (J2EE, Oracle, SAP ECC & BI, WebMethods, Opentext, HP Quality Center) would be an asset
Functional
o Thorough knowledge of the systems development life cycle
o Experience in specification of "Specific Solution" based on user requirements
o Good experience in test coordination on a big multi-site project: test strategy, test plans, tests management, test campaigns coordination
o Able and curious to understand a new business, and willing to integrate an existing environment
o Fluent in English (Mandatory)
o Fluent in Mandarin (Mandatory)
