Project Manager (Supply Chain)

Project Manager required with responsibility for driving multiple projects in the Supply Chain environment from project initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal customers on technical and business requirements, test plans and go live. The required candidate will be expected to be a quick learner and successful at building relationships with multiple stakeholders with differing backgrounds across operations and IT. They will provide them with technical, operational and analytical information and organize cross functional activities ensuring completion of the owned project scope on schedule and within budget constraints. They will have a proven track record of delivering quality work, the ability to influence others, strong collaboration skills and a deep understanding of how to drive results within the Supply Chain and partner businesses.

Bachelor Degree level qualification in an engineering discipline. A Master's Degree will be an added advantage

Project Management experience delivering results in a Supply Chain environment

Prior SAP experience and IT background required, with the ability to operate within a team with rapid shifts in priorities and responsibilities

Experience in operations management, process improvement and re-engineering

Strong, mature presence to ensure effective relationships with multiple functions across the organisation

Exceptional collaboration and a keen understanding of how to drive impact in a fast paced dynamic environment

Outstanding attention to detail combined with an ability to see the big picture

Great decision making and planning skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities (open, confident communicator effective in senior levels of engagement)

Ability to quickly grasp and understand complexity, problems and concepts
