Project Manager Supply Chain

For our international end client we are looking for Senior Project Manager Supply Chain

Start: ASAP
Location: Rotterdam
Duration: 4 months, part time 50%
Rate: 67/hr max

Experience with supply chain within the Oil supply area specific in demand planning and preferable demand sensing technology. Candidates without this experience will not receive a reply.

- Work with the business to define high level requirements
- Work with vendor and IT functions (eg architecture, IT infrastructure) to scope the solution (including recommended target architecture, data and integration requirements) 
- Detailing the business case (considering quick win/pilot options ensuring that all costs, benefits, and risks have been properly assessed). As part of this process getting the regional business buy in will be necessary as the regional business needs and priorities will also define the options.
- Define a high level benefits plan for the recommended option and suggest business KPIs for benefits tracking
- Review the options: present the outcome and recommendations to the GM and key IT stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Project manager in small team.
- Maintain and optimize Governance model.
- Manage large stakeholder community in Matrix organization.
- responsible for delivery of a report managing delivery as small project,
- Methodology standards of the Project delivery Framework

Technical Skills and Experience:
MANDATORY:
Experience in Oil&Gas on supply chain
Contract negotiation processes experience.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Understanding of demand proces in Oil&Gas and understanding (awareness) demand sensing technology.
