Overview
To move the Direct Business Banking business from Commercial Division to Retail division and re-segment customers between the two businesses.

Purpose and Responsibilities of the role
Finance Project/Implementation manager role to support delivery of segmented financials for the Direct business in the SAP general ledger, re-pointing source systems and providing finance support to other workstreams within the project.

Accountabilities:

- Work with SMEs in the Commercial and Retail teams to segment financials on the SAP ledger and re-point source systems to the newly created area
- Act as the Finance representative for product separation, system segmentation and customer segmentation workstreams, planning an coordinating finance testing and reconciliation activity with IT and the Finance Shared Service teams
- Maintain RAID logs for the above, feed into overall project plans and milestones

CORE SKILLS

- Qualified accountant (ACA preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication
- Project management experience
- Finance change experience
- SAP experience
- Advanced excel

DESIRABLE SKILLS

- Project management qualification
- Change experience (eg part of a migration project)
- Experience of core banking systems eg rCBS
