Project Manager - Sharepoint 2013

As part of a constant effort to improve services, an initiative has been created to deliver a new enterprise web platform and associated services

Consequently, your Project Management services are needed to ensure requirements are documented and an approach to market is decided. The bodies of work will be delivered through a combination of operational staff and service providers. Your key deliverable is to oversee the delivery and upgrade of existing/new systems.

Your other deliverables will be

- Completed PID and Startup documentation
- Weekly reports/briefs to project board
- Budget reporting
- Platform delivery coordination
- IA development
- Content Migration Strategy
- Organisation Change Management Strategy/Plan
- Stakeholder engagement plan
- Benefits Realisation Plan Project Management Products as outlined in the appropriate project sizing agreement

To be considered for this role, you will have:

- Proven experience in Information Architecture
- Proven experience in Content Management
- Proven experience in SharePoint 2013
- Proven experience in delivering in a large and complex organisation
- Proven experience of solid engagement with broad stakeholder group
- Proven experience with Content Migration
