Project Manager - shared service centre Governance FRENCH speaker Geneva, Contract.
Here you are managing 5 x organization who are working on a join shared services project. Here you will be dealing with everything that is governance related, from the parking of cars and costs associated to parking and who pays what, who manages what, what is fair, not fair. This goes all the way from parking to IT - stationary and all facilities from ashtrays to toilet paper. You are managing 5 demanding and difficult organisation who will all contribute, its just a question of who gets what.
Key here will be charge back services and profit making for each and every organization at the end of the day. There will quite some negotiating in place, or arguing with who gets what and why and how the monies/profits are split.
Lots of managing expectation.
