PROJECT MANAGER - SERVICENOW P&T DEPLOYMENT LEAD

ROLE:
Looking for someone who is a Senior IT Project Manager acting as ServiceNow Processes & Tools (P&T) Deployment Lead to enable readiness of the functions and to drive the deployment of the new processes & tools in the receiving functions, coordinating all efforts of functions' experts' teams and ensuring readiness for go-live with support from functions' Service Excellence and Service Operations leads.

Main Tasks:
- Responsible for accountability of deployment readiness and driving the deployment of the new processes and tools in the receiving Functions
- He/She coordinate all efforts of functions' experts' teams and ensure readiness for go-live with support from functions' Service Excellence and Service Operations leads
- Responsible for defining resourcing needs for deployment team and team structure
- Accountable for the following work streams across the receiving Functions:
- Service modelling and simulations, data cleansing and migration, cutover, training, war room, interim and vendor's ways of working, user access and related deliverables and strategies as per ICE methodologies and project plan
- Coordinate the involvement of functions' personnel from IT, Business, and Vendors associates who are part of the project and change management activities
- Responsible for tight integration with the other project work streams: especially Product, Core & Foundations which are accountable for readiness to engage with the functions
- Responsible to ensure integrity of the product during the deployment
- Assess cutover readiness periodically at pre-defined checkpoints
- He/She should report on the status of deliverables and progress against plan which feeds into the ITSM and wider program Governance model
- Highlight any risks and issues observed. Work with Project management to assist with tracking & escalation of issues
- Monitor and drive issue resolution and escalate out of line situations

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 8+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- Experience in successful project cycle(s) in delivering/leading IT deployments
- Strong experience with good practice approaches for IT deployments of enterprise scale
- Experience of taking ownership for delivery of IT deployments with minimal management support
- Experience in working business knowledge of consulting services (including working with offshore development teams)
- Experience in IT Service Management
- Experience/Knowledge of ServiceNow.

NICE TO HAVE:
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills (including negotiation/mediation)
- Empathy to understand issues from both the customer viewpoint and from individuals within the business, and to respond appropriately
- Experience in Pharma or Medical Domain.
- German language skills are optional.

EDUCATION: Bachelors or Master's Degree or Equivalent.

LANGUAGES: Fluent in English.
