PROJECT MANAGER/SERVICE INTEGRATION MANAGER/SERVICE MANAGER/ITIL
We are looking for a Project Manager/Service Integration Manager/Service Manager to be based in Brussels (Anderlecht) with experience of:
- Change management, release management, capacity management, knowledge management
- Service integration, service delivery, ITSM
- ISEB Accreditation in service management, ITSM
- Strong Stakeholder management skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for ICT Service Integration of several default ITIL processes like Incident,
- Change, Release, Knowledge, Capacity and Configuration management and ITSM tooling in DCAAS solution to assure fluent and efficient handling between support delivery centers in close collaboration with the other ICT services.
- Manages service delivery to project board in order to deliver contracted service commitments & continual service improvements.
- Actively owns service risks, controls service costs & improve productivity of implemented solution in order to increase automation & continually improve effectiveness of technology based on SharePoint and Service Now
TECH & FUNC SKILLS
- Typically ISEB Accreditation in Service Management, ITSM
- Able to demonstrate significant experience of leading & managing teams, preferably within a service delivery environment.
- Demonstrates significant competency in project management & service integration competencies.
- Demonstrates a breadth & depth in knowledge of Service Delivery Management standards & practices
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Dutch & English are essential
