PROJECT MANAGER/SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER/ACCOUNT MANAGER - DUBLIN
My client are in need of a Project Manager to join a project in Dublin that will run until June 2014.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior Microsoft working experience.
- Experience with Microsoft's volume licensing systems.

Strong leadership skills with proven ability deliver results without direct influence

Excellent presentation and communication particularly with executives.

Customer-oriented with solid business acumen. - Any knowledge/experience of Windows Azure will be extremely desirable
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the MS Solve queue for customer/field inquiries; resolve or escalate as appropriate.
- Managing the escalations of key Enterprise Agreement customers, partners and internal teams with regard to Business Operations.
- Coordinate and conduct Concierge Onboarding and Operations Lync meeting sessions with end customers and partners around the globe with significant executive visibility.
