Project Manager - Service Delivery - ITIL V3

Reporting to the Program Manager, our well known client is currently seeking a Project Manager to manage the implementation of the Service Desk - End User Self Service project. This is a program of work set up coordinate a range of projects delivering process improvements to Service Delivery to improve the end-user experience.

- Work with the Program Manager, project team, key business stakeholders and vendors, to deliver agreed project outcomes.
- Create and maintain a project schedule and financial model to ensure the managed completion of work by the project team.
- Weekly and monthly Project reporting of the Site Based Application Migration project and maintenance of project registers.
- Stakeholder management of Information Management and business stakeholders

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING:

- Pervious experience in the resources industry (mandatory)
- Tertiary qualification in either IT or Information Management disciplines, or significant experience.
- 5-10 years experience in the design and delivery of ITIL v3 Service Delivery processes in a large organisation
- Expertise in MS Project
- Experience in vendor management
- Comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders at various levels in the organisation.
