Function:

The Project Manager will manage one or more projects providing day-to-day leadership to analyse the company's business requirements, develop designs, and implement the Salesforce Service Cloud solution (System and Processes) onto the existing Salesforce and Force.com platforms and solutions.
The solution scope is to be as near Vanilla - Out of the Box as is practicable. Configuration is to be limited to necessity and integration of data.

Monitors and manages project financials, scope, and schedule to ensure project stays on track. Drives the implementation of high-quality cloud solutions.
Acts as primary day-to-day point of contact for the Customer Support Centralisation systems solution and the existing Salesforce solution development team and associated partner implementation team/s.
Act as point of contact for the business, IT & all operational aspects of the project/solution. Objective focused on building strong relationships and meeting deliverables.
Facilitates or co-leads with Customer Support Centralisation project manager - regular status meetings with project team, sponsors, and all stakeholders.
Adheres to the Salesforce Agile Methodology and possesses the ability to assess risks in process, people, or technology and adjusts project plans to address accordingly.
Leading & providing technical guidance/direction to analysts and developers who are implementing onto the Salesforce Platform.

As such, this includes:
Integrating/interfacing Legacy & Bespoke system environments (eg, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Final Qualification Testing (FQT),
Iteratively developing, testing, & implementing new modernized features in a highly coordinated/orchestrated way with the Legacy system Operations & Maintenance team to avoid disruption of service to the maximum extent possible.
Utilizing a comprehensive understanding of corporate initiatives, the full IT Systems Development Lifecycle and the Project Management Life Cycle to ensure compliance with, Solutions Strategy, program goals, timelines.
Managing the assignment, development & performance of tasks. Responsible for execution/delivery of the project in conjunction with external implementation partners.

Additional tasks include but are not limited to:
Scheduling PlanningDeliverableProject Planning WBS, Milestone Charts; Internal Reporting; Risk ManagementStaffing and Performance Management; & Enforcing Work Standards.
Assist with maintaining all documentation and procedures.
To comply with the company's Software's information and security requirements and all business procedures, policies and ISO/BS standards.
Other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as required.

Functional Request:
B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent, or equivalent years of professional experience in a relevant field.
Brings 5+ years project management experience with packaged software or custom development implementations.
Experience in professional services/consulting organization.
Experience in Agile approaches to project management.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets for projects greater than €500K
Located and able to work in Europe (Holland and Poland) from a home office and able to travel up to 60-80%.
Experience with salesforce.com serving as project manager or scrum leader.
Certified Salesforce.com Admin with Service Cloud Consultant certifications is preferred.
Estimation/sizing, SOW/Change Order contracting experience preferred.
Experience working with global development teams preferred
