IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Technology transfer activities at site level (from Stein to other sites or 3rd party sites)
-Lead technical transfer project team at site and liaise efficiently with involved functions (e.g. Development, Supply Chain, Production Unit, Quality Control, HSE, other sites)
-Manage technical activities on site level for product tranfers (Process, technology, analytics, capacity, resources)
-Define and monitor project scope, timing and progress
-Write Manufacturing Process Transfer Documents (protocol, reports)
-Coordinate feasibility, regulatory and validation batches at site
-Support continuous process and quality improvements
-Ensure inspection (PAI: Pre-Approval Inspection) readiness
-Initiate monitoring and CPV (continued process validation) phase

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Minimum BSc. in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry or equivalent
-Profound relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
-Project management skills and experience is mandatory
-Technical understanding of sterile production processes
-Team lead experience
-Comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical technology
-In-depth knowledge of cGMP, HSE, Regulatory etc.
-Fluency in English, German desirable
