PROJECT MANAGER SENIOR - GLOBAL SAP/ERP INTEGRATION

Project Manager Senior - Global SAP/ERP Integration. My client, a leading multinational market leader is looking for a Senior Project Manager with global experience and who has worked in a global complex SAP/ERP environment. Whilst SAP has already, for the main part been implemented across the markets, there are many local applications such as HR, BI and W&D amongst others that need to be integration into SAP/ERP systems. The project manager who comes on board will be responsible for entering the programme, validating the systems in place, deciding what needs to be integrated, what system is best to integrate the applications into and how to go about it. The Project Manager for this role will not be doing the integration themselves but overlooking the whole project and ensuring that the project runs to time, cost and manages risk. Therefore a Project Manager with experience in overlooking or working on a prior integration of an ERP system deployment will be highly advantageous.

As there are 3rd parties involved in this programme, especially around the warehouses, it is important to have experience with 3rd party and vendor management. It is also important that you have an understanding of SAP at a high management level and it is essential that you have comprehensive experience in project management including the delivery of complex IT projects and services in- country and across multiple countries (therefore being able to manage virtual teams). You will also have experience of managing the introduction of business change. You will responsible for not only overlooking the whole project but also hiring consultants and leads within the team as the programme gathers pace.
