Project Manager/Senior Business Analyst

Project Manager/Senior Business Analyst, Front Office face-off, Investment Banking Strategy and Delivery, Business Change and Transformation, Controls.

My Investment Banking, is looking to hire in their Front Office Change function. There are 2-3 hires needed and all at the Project Manager/Senior Business Analyst level. The Permanent Candidate level for these roles is VP and permanent candidates should not be put off this opportunity since contract longevity is almost assured with this role. It is essential that the successful candidate possesses Investment Banking exposure, although you can come from a Risk, Regulatory, Controls, Data project bias in recent years. Also of interest would be those candidates who have worked on regulatory initiatives such as MIFID 2 etc. It is essential that you possess a broad range of product experience and that you have an excellent grasp on Investment Banking (Front-to-Back) - although this can come from traditional Investment Banking avenues, the Big 4 Consultancies or Strategy Consultancy companies. The role will be a mixture of Strategy and Delivery ie you will scope projects, produce strategic recommendations and guide the business through the pro's and con's of the various options.

Whilst this position is partly looking at regulator driven/compliance change and Risks & Controls (some elements are self policing' by the bank), the wider book of work is extensive and is truly global in nature - you will work out of Frankfurt and liaise with the London, American and Far East offices. All of the work is centred around business change and technology change transformation. There is also another much more (not know to market) Strategic programme of work which centres around removal of business functions, cost strategy, TOM restructures
