Project Manager - Senior

The main function of the PROJECT MANAGER in this position is to assist with planning, directing, and coordinating activities in support of the Supplier Services area including management and preparation of data for supplier recruiting campaigns.

MAJOR JOB DUTIES:

- Assist with and coordinate preparation for supplier recruiting projects, including data cleansing, modifying actions plans and supporting documentation.
- Interact with outside call center to ensure campaign metrics are being accurately tracked and campaign goals are being achieved.
- Track campaign progress and update status reports as necessary.
- Use CRM and other applications that support supplier onboarding efforts.
- Interact with various team members in related positions (eg Implementations, Global Acceptance, Product Management, Sales).

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years' experience using Microsoft Excel
- Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
- Ability to exercise independent judgment with direction from supervisor
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time
- Basic knowledge commercial banking industry preferred
- Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.
- Strong MS Excel skills a must
- CRM experience a big plus
- PMP certification a plus

Expected duration of assignment: 12 months with possible extension.
