For a project at our clients site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

PROJECT MANAGER - SECURITIES OPERATIONS (4470)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE AS A PROJECT MANAGER WITHIN SECURITIES OPERATIONSIN OR A SIMILAR POSITION BEFORE IN IT OR BANKING OPERATIONS/BUSINESS
- Proven methodology skills and structured working approach while also taking interest and care for content
- PMP OR SIMILAR CERTIFICATION IS A BIG PLUS
- A STRONG COMMUNICATOR IN ENGLISH (GERMAN A PLUS), comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Run book-of-work for offshoring and renovation initiative in Securities Operations context dealing with IT, Service-Delivery-Business and Service-Line Transition counterparts
- Creating/keeping and communicating overview on roadmap, deliveries, status reporting, RAID, financials, resources and priorities (critical path development)
- Ensuring tight scope control via change control setup
- Pro-active Stakeholder Management and Issue Management with Business Analysts, IT and Business Stakeholder
