Project Manager Securities Business Integration

For our banking client in Zürich we are currently looking for a Project Manager:

Duration: 6 months

Location: Zürich

The Group Operations department within our client organization is seeking a candidate for a project management role within the Operations Change Group team in Zurich, to perform project management related tasks for the one platform securities area within operations. The successful candidate will be integrating the dynamic OCG organization and will be closely working with the various project/program stakeholders.

Main responsibilities:

- Lead and manage Business Integration topics with the Securities Operations Stream within 1WMP Phoenix considering different dependencies along the project management life cycle
- Manage stakeholders and activities related to the Phoenix Operations Securities
- Organize and oversee analysis on the impact of the program on the function/process
- Review Target Operating Models, Business Process Modelling, Target Solution Design and Stakeholder Requests
- Co-ordinate cross-stream assessments, validations and decisions

Required expertise/knowledge:

- Excellent business English and German skills, both written and spoken.
- Sound and broad business project management skills
- Banking experience or equivalent financial industry and financial products.
- Experience working in an international environment with complex multiple Matrix organisation structures - Analytical skills - minimum of 5 years project management experience
- Within the financial services industry, preferably within a Banking Operations environment
- Ability to balance and prioritize several competing tasks within the project.
- Certified Project manager (PMI, IPMA) certification is a plus
