Project Manager - SC Cleared

SC Cleared Project Manager based in Swindon but other locations available with excellent transition and transformation skills to lead the transition of all existing assets within the first 6 months of the contract;
All existing in scope Operational Infrastructure assets, associated Service Management assets, and identified personnel from the current Customer service provision capability will need to be transitioned. This will include elements of the current services (eg Fixed Voice, Conferencing, Mobile and Service Desk) and LAN that currently are distributed across 945 sites and 4 countries. The client and its Tier 1 partners will achieve this through a combination of internal transfer, external transfer, and contract novation.

Transition of assets will be achieved via 2 stages:
* Early Transition Preparation. Continuity and Early Activity Personnel once mobilised following a successful notification of selection will provide initial detailed project planning and draft deliverables.
* Transition. Following confirmation of the asset base and due diligence of all elements contained therein, contracts and assets are to be transferred to the appropriate programme area (eg Conferencing Service to Services Activation Project) by OSCD in accordance with the agreed programme plan.
Experience with major service contracts, ideally in the defence sector, but alternatively within other government areas.

Must have experience in transitioning complex programmes as well as the following:
-Transformation
-Service delivery
-Business Change
-Stakeholder Management& Communications
-Budget and financial management.
-PRINCE2 (essential)
-MS Project experienced user (essential)
-ITIL v3 experience (desirable)
