ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE: High end chartered professional

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE: Military experience, MSP, PRINCE 2,ITIL, Previous business case writing, experienced IT and I.S and high end comms.

TOP 3 SKILLS REQUIRED: Delivery at pace, Working with multiple stakeholders and Competant at decision making.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

To identify and produce work packages around the Data and AHE elements of the Operational Information Services (OpIS) to deliver against the Blueprint.

The role of the Data/AHE Manager post is to manage the development, integration, transition into service of projects in the Data and Applications Hosting Environment area of the OpIS programme.

The post is responsible for:

- Project Management, Planning and Reporting
- Responsible for identifying Data and AHE work packages to enable OpIS delivery at the appropriate points in the Blueprint
- Agree WP documentation with the Programme Design lead
- Undertake regular engagements with stakeholders to ensure outputs are produced to the required standard and to reach defined timescales.
- Monitor overall progress and use of resources and initiation of corrective action where necessary to keep the projects to deliver the OpIS Services within tolerance.
- Maintenance of agreed joint (contractor, user and client) project plans and integration with the wider OpIS plan to develop, transition and sustain, the OpIS services.
- Report progress, and maintain stakeholder engagement, in line with agreed Governance arrangements; In addition, the role may involve the delivery of other programme outputs as required by the OpIS Dep Head
