MUST BE LIVING IN SOUTH AFRICA
SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
Is developing a new portal to streamline the way in which it engages with its partners. The Single Access Partner Portal (SAPP) is being developed and rolled out to Local Markets.
Several markets, including the UK, the Netherlands, Ireland, Greece and India are already engaged in the programme.
Is now keen to roll SAPP out to its South African market, and will be responsible for managing the business engagement associated with SAPP's rollout.
Seeking a client-facing Project Lead role working in a team of 3 or 4, reporting to the overall Global Delivery Lead. This person will be accountable for the overall local market delivery.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Must have gravitas, energy and generally be a tenacious, self-motivated operator with considerable initiative.
- Must have managed projects/programmes with similar levels of complexity
- A high hit-rate' for the following is required:
- General CRM experience
- Salesforce.com experience
- Telco BSS experience
- Web/digital/portal experience
- Partner Management in a large organization
- Tier 1 consulting experience
- Change Management
- Business Analysis for technical implementations
- Excellent communication skills (presentation skills important), professionalism, time management and self-motivation
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
