My Client based in Brussels is an international company leader in his sector.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

PROFILE:

We are looking for an experienced and hands on Senior SAP project manager

- Project management experience (min 5 years) for SAP Manufacturing modules
- SAP expertise (ideally hands on experience) with SAP Manufacturing modules(IM,WM,PP,MM,SCM) and integration with Finance and CRM modules
- Experience as a Lead SAP consultant role for modules PP,IM,WM,MM. SCM is a plus
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Speaking, reading and writing English & French - TRILINGUAL (+Dutch) preferred
- Natural communicator and easy navigator in multi-cultural, complex

Mission:

You will manage the implementation of a new corporate ERP (SAP) manufacturing solution.

The mission includes:

- Lead the implementation of the SAP manufacturing stream as its Project Manager
- Lead gap/fit workshops as the SAP expert for PP,IM,WM,MM (SCM)
- Build SAP blueprint for respective modules/manufacturing stream
- Maintain a central and detailed project plan and related staffing
- Plan, direct and control project activities and related resources
- Provide leadership to the project and all sub-projects
- Report project progress to the Program Director
- Develop and communicate project plans, project progress
- Execute deliverables in line with project plans and budget
- Ensure required resources are engaged on time
- Ensure the overall quality is consistent with standards and align to global template
- Manage users' expectations
- Resolve cross work-stream issues
- Maintain change control, issues and risk logs
- Coordinate data collection and data cleansing activities
- Responsible for the timely delivery of all deliverables
