SALESFORCE PROJECT MANAGER TO SUPPORT BUSINESS SYSTEMS IN OSLO
BSS SUPPORTS BUSINESS PROCESSES LIKE MARKETING AND SALES, BACK OFFICE AS WELL AS WEB SHOPS, SELF-SERVICE, CALL CENTER, AND BILLING. NETCOM´S MAIN OFFICE IS PLACED IN OSLO.
NetCom is one of the country's leading mobile operator with a broad spectrum of mobile telecommunications solutions, and own countrywide network and shops over the whole country.
MUST HAVE SKILLS
- Strong experience of overseeing projects with 200 + users At least 1 full life cycle implementation of SalesForce with external integrations
- Ability to communicate effectively with management level executives Direct experience with SFDC Sales Cloud in application design, development and architecture
- 3rd party vendor management experience
- Expert Knowledge with Sales functionality Implementation
- Exposure to Salesforce configuration
- Demonstrated ability to work in a sourced model for Agile development, support, QA
- Demonstrated ability to translate business issues into IT solutions
- Experience in a Telecoms environment
- Experience with customer care/sales systems
KNOWLEDGE
- A minimum of 2 years Salesforce experience
- 5 Years IT project management experience
- Prince2 or equivalent certified
- Certified Scrum Master
