PROJECT MANAGER WANTED!

The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, management and delivery of complex project based solutions. The position ensures that projects are managed and delivered in accordance with business requirements, on time and within the allocated budget.

SELECTION CRITERIA

Certified in project management preferably practitioner level of PRINCE2 and demonstrated skills and experience in using contemporary project management methodologies in delivering best practice, customer focused ICT systems/successful projects.
High level facilitation, negotiation skills and demonstrated success at building relationship with key stakeholders, internal or external and managing a successful team.
Understanding of information and intelligence functions relating to operational policing;
Understanding of government and corporate management policies and guidelines and legislation particularly around configuration management;
Knowledge of and experience in organisational change/benefits management;
Experience in project financial management and reporting;
Highly developed skills in computer literacy, particularly in the area of business productivity products - Microsoft Word, Project, Excel and PowerPoint etc; and
High level communication skills (inter-agency, written, interpersonal and presentational).
