Output work report and report to Huawei and customer management1. 10+ years experience in GSM/WCDMA/LTE nework planning & optimizaiton project. Huawei and NSN product related is a prefer.
2. Very good ability to manage a team and fullfil service level agreement.
3. Have experience for high level technical troubleshooting, expecially for network performance and serivces related.
4. Have strong communication ability with customer and handle VIP care cases.
5. Be able to balance between customer's satisfaction and project cost
6. Have the abiltiy to track effectively the top import newtowrk issues and customer's requirement
7. Have sensibility and foresight to extend business
8. Be very good at making PPT slides and giving presentaion to customer high management.
