PROJECT MANAGER - RETAIL BANKING - LEAD GENERATION - BUSINESS PROCESS

ROLE SUMMARY:

- Commercial Change Management focused on the end to end delivery of all change within Commercial Banking. This is an exciting new opportunity to work on a project focusing on Lead Generation.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

- Establishing, controlling, managing and monitoring project timescales and outputs, taking appropriate action where necessary
- Timely and accurate completion of all project deliverables, assessing and managing risks and identifying counter measures.
- Developing and maintaining effective working and influencing relationships with appropriate colleagues and external suppliers; influencing buy-in'.
- Planning, communicating and implementing change ensuring all those affected fully understand the benefits, nature and implications of such changes.
- Defining the project roles and responsibilities
- Establishing effective project controls and procedures, following CCM governance processes
- Establishing, monitors and manages overall Project Risks, Issues, Dependencies, Assumptions and Change Control, with escalation where appropriate
- Managing the project business case
- Controlling the day-to-day operation of the Project ensuring that delivery of the Project is to time and against the agreed plans, including tracking Project expenditure within budget
- Monitoring overall progress and initiates corrective action as appropriate
- Ensuring the Project remains aligned with business needs
- Liaison with, and updates progress to, project team meetings/senior management reviews/execution board/steering committee; includes producing regular reports (progress/status/R include maintenance/Management of all Project details on internal systems

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

- Demonstrable evidence of analysing and documenting complex business processes
- End to end experience of the project life cycle
- Proven experience interacting directly with end users
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Prince 2 or APMP Qualified
- Must be experienced PM; must be able to work to tight deadlines and be able to demonstrate outstanding communication skills - written & oral.
