Purpose of the role
Manages and controls the delivery of medium to large projects or work streams within very large projects or programmes taking responsibility for delivering solutions which address business needs. Manages resources to ensure delivery to agreed business plans within cost, quality and timescale objectives, ensuring that the benefits identified in the business case can be realised.
Core Skills and expertise:
- Experience of dealing with and leading Matrix managed teams
- Experience of working within a large retail bank (or similar corporate) can ref management of wider organisational risks etc
- MS Project and complex budget leadership
- Experience of launching products and services
Ideally the candidate would have
- Wealth/investment background & knowledge
- Client data/asset migration experience
