Project Manager - Repairs Service Improvement PLAN

We are looking for a skilled practical project manager to lead the implementation of our responsive repairs service improvement plan. The improvement plan needs to be fully implemented by 31st March 2014.

The repairs service is in-house and undertakes repairs and maintenance in our 1500 retained Council properties.

This is a challenging but rewarding role which will require practical project management skills including business process reviews and implementation of changed processes as needed. Experience of managing a 2* + repairs service will be an advantage as will knowledge of housing maintenance and related issues. As the role is working across several technical areas of expertise (adaptations, voids, repairs by appointment etc) and is very customer focused communications skills, leadership and team working are also key.
